Licenses apply to products purchased through dezans.com’s product page. The license agreement is listed below with what is allowed and isn’t allowed.

The purchase of dezans.com allows for personal and commercial use.

Rights :

– You are permitted to use the item in a personal use end product or for an end product that are intended to be sold or used for business purposes (e.g. advertising, promotions, packaging, etc.).

– You may modify the resources according to your requirements, the modification is your own responsibility and we are no longer responsible for the products.

– No attribution or link back to this site is required, however any credit will be much appreciated.

Prohibitions :

– The product may not be re-distributed in any way. This includes in tools, as templates or as a stock item. It may not be distributed with source files.

– You may not lease, license or sub-license dezans.com. It may not be distributed as a single mock-up or as part of a bundle, even if it is modified.

– You do not have the rights to resell the product as if it were your own.

– You do not have the rights to offer the product in a giveaway or promotion.

– You do not have the rights to share the product with clients or other designers (they must purchase their own license).

– It is forbidden to distribute the product (item) in its original form or with superficial changes. This ban extends to free distribution of the product. If you wish to promote our resources on your site, you must link back to the resource page where users can find the download and not directly to the download file.
